At Collette's Closet Boutique, we strive to provide amazing products to our customers, as well as TOP notch customer service.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to help you!  Please review our Returns policy below.

 

Please review your order as soon as your receive it.  If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer service department at sales@collettescloset.com within 3 days of receipt.  

 

Return Information: Shipping

ALL Returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and any tags must still be attached.  
  • Refunds are only issued in the form of an online store credit.  We DO NOT issue cash refunds.
  • Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

 

To Make a Return:

If your return meets the criteria above, please refer to the instructions below:

  • You are responsible for the shipping & handling of the returned item.  Original & return shipping fees are NON-refundable.
  • Send your package back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice.  Please make note of your tracking number.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your Online gift card.
  • Due to limited qty's of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange.  We will try our best to provide the exchange and will let you know ASAP if we cannot complete it.
  • Shoes must be returned in their origional box and the box must be enclosed in another box or bag for shipment.
